Tom Armstrong

A very good post, Simon, rich in detail and tremendously generous to your fellow collaborators who I am sure, in respect of their own practices, have to a huge amount out of working with you and learned a lot. You've certainly been a type of leader here but I think given the 3:1 language division you sort of had to be. But you've done it in quite a surreptitious way I think and, as I may have said, the role has been more akin to a facilitator. It is certainly worth reflecting on why your role turned out as you suspected it might - for me your group probably started fixing things a little too early and didn't do quite enough 'playing'. But, anyway, I am very much looking forward to this piece.
